Can I use My Account?

My Account is available with...

  • Pre-Paid & Post-Paid Mobile Phone services
  • Pre-Paid & Post-Paid Mobile Broadband services
  • Home Phone services connected via the Optus Direct Network
  • Wireless Home Phone services connected via the Optus Mobile Network
  • Home Broadband services connected via the Optus Direct Network
  • Optus Cable Broadband services can view their usage and plan details in My Account.
  • Home Zone services

My Account is not available with...

  • Home Phone services connected via the Optus Resale Network or Optus Cable Network (Account Numbers that start with a 1, 2, 5, 6 or 7)
  • Home Broadband services connected via the Optus Resale Network (ADSL 1): Member Services is available
  • Optus TV feat. fetch services: Member Services is available
  • Dial Up Internet services: Member Services is available
  • Calling Card services
  • Optus TV feat. FOXTEL services
